He has a glorious personal real estate trading history with more than $2,000,000.00 CAD in total gain globally. Norman has been helping his clients in meeting their real estate needs by providing top level service in Buying and Selling existing homes and pre-construction projects. Norman is, by far, the only Real Estate Broker in Canada that holds both Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations.

Rose graduated from Shanxi University of Science and Technology where she majored in Industrial and Civil Engineering. After 5 years of university, Rose became a civil engineer working in this field for more than 10 years. During this time, through her work experience in the construction industry, she gained a full range of professional knowledge with regards to all aspects of the construction processes. Rose operated a medical service business for over 10 years before joining the real estate industry as a full-time real estate agent and Broker.

Her priority is listening to clients needs and concerns and doing her utmost to match them with their dream home.
